Pet Policy:

Upon approval, residents may have no more than one dog or cat, or two lovebirds, canaries, parakeets or one mynah bird. Birds must be caged at all times. Pet must be at least 1 year old. No pet offspring allowed. Dogs must weigh no more than 20 lbs. and fewer than 18 inches in height. Tropical fish must be limited to (1) 20 gallon tank. No other animals or reptiles are permitted. An additional $300 security deposit + an extra $20 per month for pet rent will apply. Animals must not be left on patio areas unattended and must be kept quiet as not to disturb your neighbors.
